Dumb Arts Festival never disappoints with their promise of a "three-day celebration of art, musicand performance". The exhibit that has everyone ooh-ing and aah-ing was Codex Dynamic. Using the latest video mapping technologies and featuring international artists, the exhibit spanned 33,000 sq. ft., covering the Manhattan Bridge Anchorage, Archway, and surrounding spaces.
