We're throwing a giant party for our sister brand Loomstate to celebrate the 41st Anniversary of Earth Day. Loomstate is about community and we're so lucky to be able to bring together dozens of talented and generous friends for this special event to get everyone thinking and talking about the earth.
Nick Zinner from the Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Hisham Akira Bharoocha and Ben Vida from Soft Circle are coming together to compose original music for the 41Strings event. Inspired by the four seasons, the music will be performed live by the composers and 41 strings - that is, violins, violas, cellos, upright and electric bass, guitars, drums and synth.
The sound will be accompanied by original visuals and lighting works by artists Yoshi Sodeoka (with live mixing by E*Rock) and Ernesto Klar.
